Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us at ModernPawsHR@outlook.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Please double-check your billing information and ensure your card details are entered correctly. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You're also welcome to reach out to us for help.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, worldwide. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by region. Visit our Shipping Policy page for a full breakdown of rates and estimated delivery times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after that depend on your location:

  • United States: 5–7 business days (standard)
  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page to check your shipment status.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after your order ships. If there's still no update after 48 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Some items like opened food or personalized products are not eligible. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at ModernPawsHR@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

We're so sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Are your food and treat products made with natural ingredients?
