At Modern Paws, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ModernPawsHR@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. To request an exchange, contact us at ModernPawsHR@outlook.com with your order details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
